Derek is a 3rd generation Coloradoan, and even though he traveled extensively as a “military brat” as a young child, he has called Colorado, specifically the Pikes Peak Region, home and has lived here exclusively since the mid-1980’s. He started his real estate career with his wife, Mariana, in 2001 and they have enjoyed a full-time career helping people buy and sell homes and navigate the home buying/selling process, ever since. Derek and Mariana have been in the Top 5% of producing Realtor® in the region for almost 2 decades and takes great pride in his relationship with their clients as well as with the other professionals in the business. Currently, Derek and Mariana run the Artisan Group, and Derek is an owner and in a leadership and mentor position with the Keller Williams Premier Realty office. Mariana is a real estate ethics instructor and photographer. When they are not helping home buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals (and dreams) Derek and Mariana enjoy traveling with their family, road-tripping and hiking throughout Colorado, and playing with their dogs. Derek also loves cooking and working on cars, and Mariana enjoys reading and various artsy hobbies.
